A cairn is a pile of stones and is a word that is derived from the Scottish Gaelic. Cairns are used as trail markers in many parts of the world for walkers who are lost and need to locate their way. Similarly, in life we can often feel lost and uncertain, and counselling can provide the space to explore your way through it.
Sessions usually occur on a weekly basis at the agreed time and last for 50 minutes, however this is to be explored in an initial appointment.
Prices are £25 for an initial appointment, and £45 for each session thereafter; where necessary, we will consider concession rates. As well, our rates will be reviewed on an annual basis.
